Smoked Wings

Our Go To Favorite

Well cooked & super crispy wings full of smoke flavor.

  • Pre-heat smoker to 225 (usually about 15 minutes)
    We used Cherry Wood but it's hard to go wrong with other flavors.

  • Optional: Dry Rub of your choice

  • Smoke for 2-2.5 hours, flipping every 45 min or so

  • Crank heat to 450 for 5 minutes per side at the end for a final crisp

  • Sauce (or not) & Enjoy!
